Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Mat-Trix every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

• U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

• International Orders: Usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Preorders & Holiday Delays
For preorder items or during peak holiday seasons, please allow for extra processing and delivery time. We’ll always keep you updated via email with your estimated shipping date and promise your Mat-Trix will be worth the wait.

Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, don’t worry, we’ll help fix it. Email us at support@mat-trix.com with your order number and details so our team can assist right away.
