Refund & Return Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t work out.
At Mat-Trix, we want you to love your travel comfort as much as we do. If your mat isn’t the perfect fit for your journey, no worries, we’ve got your back (literally!).

Returns
You can return your Mat-Trix Travel Mat within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging, clean and ready to find a new home.

Refunds
Once your return arrives back to us, we’ll take a quick look and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We’ll also send you a friendly confirmation email when it’s done.

Exchanges
If your mat arrived damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it fast and free.
Simply email us with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.

A Few Notes:

• Used or worn mats can’t be refunded (we hope you understand hygiene matters).

• Return shipping is on you, unless your item arrived damaged.
